Qualified candidates will need to provide:
- Current CV
- Letter of intent
- 3 current letters of reference
Qualified candidates must have completed the American Board of Thoracic Surgery case requirements (or foreign equivalent), be board certified (or board eligible) in thoracic surgery, and be eligible for full Pennsylvania state licensure.

Evaluation Procedures
The fellows will meet regularly with Dr. Michael E. Ibrahim, Program Director, to review progress and receive feedback throughout the fellowship.
