Residencies

We offer a six to eight-year training program in cardiothoracic surgery with an optional research component of 1-2 years. Our trainees go through rigorous, demanding training in the complete spectrum of heart, aortic, and thoracic disease.

Our seven-year general surgery training program includes two years of research. The program provides experience in preoperative, operative and postoperative care for patients in all areas of general surgery.

Our Integrated Plastic Surgery Residency is a six-year program and our Independent Residency is a three-year program. We provide exposure to the entire spectrum of plastic surgery including microsurgery, craniofacial, extremity, cosmetic surgery and wound care.

We offer a five-year clinical urology training program or a six-year training program that includes a year of dedicated research. Our mission is to pursue and achieve excellence in all areas of the care of the patient with urologic disease or injury.

Our program offers an integrated five-year curriculum, the first three years include prerequisite clinical training in general surgery and the final two years focus on clinical training in vascular surgery.
