Qualified candidates will need to provide:
- Current CV
- Letter of intent
- 3 current letters of reference
Qualified candidates must have completed the American Board of Thoracic Surgery case requirements (or foreign equivalent), be board certified (or board eligible), and be eligible for full PA State Licensure.

Evaluation Procedures: The fellow will meet with Dr. Acker to review his progress.
