Staffing: requirements are every 3rd weekend, one evening shift every 3rd week, and 1 admission medication reconciliation evening shift every 3rd week
Teaching
Participate in the Rutgers Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy Teaching and Learning Certificate program if did not complete a teaching certificate program in PGY-1 program
Precepting: co-precepting APPE students with clinical preceptors
Continuing education: present an ACPE-accredited CE presentation at Penn Medicine Pharmacy Grand Rounds
In-service: present an in-service to nursing staff
Formal didactic opportunities at school of pharmacy based on resident interest and faculty preceptor need
