Carrie Burns on being selected to participate in the 2025-2026 program at the Endocrine Society’s Medical School Engagement Program (MSEP). This award was designed to support UME level innovative programs focused on enhancing and supporting interest in endocrinology as a career.

Taylor Lee on her promotion to Ambulatory Nurse III, effective May 2025. This promotion recognizes her outstanding contributions to the ambulatory nursing team. 

Peter Snyder for delivering the Emil Steinberger Memorial Lecture of the American Society of Andrology Conference this April. This lectureship recognizes individuals who have made significant contributions to the field of andrology.

Mona Al Mukaddam -- Received the 2025 Dean's Award for Excellence in Clinical Teaching at an Affiliated Hospital (PRESBY). This award was established in 1986 to recognize teaching excellence and commitment to medical education at affiliated hospitals. Mona's nomination was supported by many of our former fellows including Ramya, Christie, Dimpi and Javi. 

Jorge Jo Kamimoto - Selected as a Penn Health-Tech Clinical Fellow for the 2025-2027
Penn Center for Health, Devices and Technology, known simply as Penn Health-Tech, was established as a collaboration between PSOM, The School of Engineering and Applied Science and the Office of the Vice Provost of Research.  The goal of this two year fellowship is to provide support for Jorge to develop technology in health care innovation to support inpatient diabetes
