UPenn student move-out
The University of Pennsylvania’s student move-out is from Saturday, May 10, to Wednesday, May 14. Please expect heavy traffic near the Penn campus on those days.
From 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Tuesday, May 13, and Wednesday, May 14, Spruce Street will be closed between 34th and 40th Streets.
Only emergency vehicles will be permitted to use Spruce Street through the restricted area during those times.
Alumni Weekend and Commencement
The University of Pennsylvania’s Alumni Weekend and Commencement ceremony are planned throughout the university campus from Friday, May 16, to Monday, May 19.
Commencement is on Monday, May 19 at Franklin Field. Between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. on May 19, expect frequent closures on 33rd Street between Spruce and Walnut streets and the 3200 block of South Street.
