Featuring the 51st Annual Eugene P. Pendergrass Lecture and the 19th Annual Sridhar R. Charagundla Lecture.

The Pendergrass Symposium is celebrating more than four decades of research and innovation. Dr. Stanley Baum (Chairman of Radiology 1976-1996), started the Pendergrass Symposium tradition in 1976, wanting to mark the end of the academic year with a luminary speaker. Through the decades, the Department has invited world-renowned speakers to deliver the Pendergrass Lecture.

The International Workshop on Pulmonary Imaging

The Britton Chance International Symposium on Metabolic Imaging and Spectroscopy

In celebration of Britton Chance's birthday, this symposium is dedicated to highlighting cutting-edge innovations and clinical advancements in metabolic imaging and spectroscopy. Showcasing methodologies spanning optics, magnetic resonance, nuclear medicine, mass spectrometry, ultrasound, and beyond, the event will convene physicists, engineers, biologists, and clinicians to exchange ideas and present recent breakthroughs in both research and clinical translation.
